We are independent sponsors and recommend acquisition of a specific class of company. We add value by first finding, and then doing, the in-depth research, interviews, and strategic analysis of potential targets.
Our focus is to assist owners to partially step away from the business while maintaining a level of involvement, allowing their legacy to persist, and creating some liquidity for their hard work.
