Dax has helped dozens of businesses successfully implement enterprise-wide change and realize the benefits, in the years after, by teaching leaders how to install and sustain effective administrative and strategic structures that are simple and engaging.

Dax believes it’s only by examining every aspect of a business that one can address the “real” issues, the ones that are stopping owners and leaders from achieving their ultimate goals and most likely causing fear and anxiety.

Dax spent 25 years in metals manufacturing focused on additive technologies and high-end finishing processes. As CEO of NetShape Technologies, Dax led the team through a turnaround of culture and performance to record growth, new product development, and performance, resulting in a successful sale of the business.

Dax has a wealth of experience, including as a CEO and CFO under private equity ownership, leading a successful greenfield growth strategy in China, executing mergers and acquisitions in the manufacturing and cruise industries, serving as a Chair for Vistage Worldwide, and deploying growth strategies for companies in dozens of industries as an advisor, director, and executive coach. Dax currently serves as a director on boards for private equity, family business and ESOP owners.

Dax earned his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University. He also completed the Executive Development Program in business leadership and strategy at The Wharton School, has extensive training and experience in Lean and Six Sigma, and is a Certified Executive Coach.
