Dick Clark is best known for his unique skill in developing the ability in corporate leaders to see what’s not yet visible in today’s world. For the past 16 yeas, he’s been CEO & President of Clark Leadership Consulting. He also founded and served for ten years as Chair for the Council of Economic Advisors – a panel of 23 CEO/C-Level Executives who partner with the Federal Reserve Board providing national forecasting for economic growth and strength.
Prior to founding his consulting firm, Dick served for 22 years in CEO/leadership roles at various Chambers of Commerce. He was COO for ten years at a privately-held human resource consulting firm and Chief Administrative Officer of a publicly traded biotech firm.
Dick’s strategic thought partnership work includes advising the Deputy Director and senior management team at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center; ACR Electronics; TRANE, Florida and Kentucky; Synergistix; Florida Power and Light; Interim Healthcare; Morrison Brown Argiz & Farra, CPAs; Nabi Biopharmaceuticals; Balfour Beatty Construction; and Greenberg Traurig, P.A.
Dick is a former member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is one of the Sun-Sentinel’s Top 100 Influential Leaders in South Florida. He holds a B.S. from the State University of New York, Potsdam, and he’s a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management at the University of Georgia. He served on the U.S. Chamber’s faculty for 16 years at the University of Notre Dame, University of Delaware, Southern Methodist University, and the University of Georgia. He was awarded the designation of Certified Chamber Executive, CCE, from American Chamber Executive Association.
